Because i can multitask well,i keep receiving small jobs and projects to handle and then becomes a part of my job requirement without any compensation, but cannot move up in any further position. Constantly bouncing between screens, folders, paperwork while trying to assist members that walk in the door, but i like the constant workload, and can handle it. ![]() The hardest part of my job would be the multitasking. Any new employees or co-workers stay in the main branch and we communicate via email. Being in a branch with 7 employees, we work well and get along. Not very good communication/contact with managers in between the branch and main building. While here, i have learned all aspects of various departments within the credit union in regards to banking/finances. My day also includes of various jobs that have been assigned to me such as, counting the vault, handling all returned mail for the credit union, processing payroll for members, updating and entering various reports and data entry in each department. This includes helping members in person, online, or over the phone throughout the day. Being a financial service rep, i do positions of a member service rep,a loan rep and a teller in a branch. My work schedule is 830-530 Mon-Fri, i also work late Thursday and a half day Saturday every other week.
